Painted the Living Room


RESTORING POLES — The Pole on the Point, which stood in front of the Totem Bight clan house, lays on the ground June 27 after it was lowered. The pole, which is more than 60 feet tall, is one of three that Alaska State Parks hopes to restore. See story, "Aging Totem Bight poles need work," in the Scene section, below. We painted the living room at the duplex, but we forgot to take a picture. This is a more interesting picture anyway. We saw this totem pole upright with Jerry and Carrie.
