Officially Official

It's officially official. Ketchikan City Council voted on and passed Chet's hiring and his salary scale. Chet is aiming at being in Ketchikan in five weeks but we're working like it will be three. He's out buying more paint for the outside final coat (it always seems to take more than they say it will take). This next week We'll work on either packing, throwing things out, or giving them away so we can paint the inside of the house. If you know anyone that needs to buy a small house or needs to rent in the next month--let us know.
